Thank you for subscribing to AIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.. We are pleased to offer you a 30-day free trial period to experience our services. Here is our policy regarding subscriptions and cancellations:

Free Trial Period

• You are entitled to a 30-day free trial, which allows you to fully access our services.
• The free trial begins the day you sign up and lasts for 30 days.
• Payment information is required to start the free trial, though you will not be charged during this period.

Subscription and Cancellation

• Following the end of your free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the next billing cycle unless you cancel the service before the trial period expires.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is simple and can be done directly through your account page under ”Manage Subscription”.
• If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged, and your access to the service will cease at the end of the trial.

Refunds

• Once the free trial period is over and the first payment is made, subscribers can still cancel their subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for any remaining part of the subscription period once the payment is made.
• If there are exceptional circumstances that you believe warrant a refund after the free trial period, please contact us to discuss your situation.
